In the last few years, our dedicated team has increased our role in managing supply chains which improved our relationship with Mill Coil producers and increased Distribution/Transloading of customer products to our facilities.
We strive to have excellent relationships with all Mill Coil producers to ensure that our customers have the best experience especially when it comes to our steel supply chain solutions.
Coil Processing
We are a 100% toll processor, meaning we do not buy or sell steel. We focus solely on servicing our Customers—meeting and exceeding their expectations.
Our processing capabilities include:
- Material thickness ranging from .009"--.250"
- Master coil up to 75" wide with weights up to 60,000 pounds
Coil Warehousing
We understand the importance of properly storing certain material.
Our facility has 250,000 sq ft. of indoor storage as well as 11 acres of outside storage.
Other capabilities include:
- Insulated buildings with humidity control and condensation control
- Air rotator systems inside the building
- Multiple cranes with the ability to lift up to 35 tons
- Forklifts handling up to 65,000 lbs.
- Online Customer access to our barcoding inventory control system
